LEFT-BACK SPOT NOT A PROBLEM Midfielder Ian Morris is more than willing to continue his conversion to left-back next season if that's where boss Nigel Adkins wants to play him.
The 22-year-old former Leeds youngster, who signed a new two-year contract on Friday afternoon, finished the end of the last campaign in that slot and proved more than capable there as Scunthorpe got through their three play-off games to win promotion back into the Coca-Cola Championship.
"I felt I had a great end to last season in that position and I'd be more than willing to play there if that's what the manager decides," Morris told Scunthorpe-United.co.uk.
