Supporters are advised that 12th Man Season Cards and 12th Man Programme Voucher Books are now available to collect from the club's ticket office.
All supporters who have purchased a season ticket need to collect a new card for the 2019-20 season.
Please remember to bring relevant ID, including proof of date of birth for those who have purchased a non-adult 12th Man Package. We may be unable to release the season cards until proof of date of birth has been received.
Supporters are advised to avoid busy periods ahead of matches or arrive in plenty of time ahead of games to avoid waiting times.
The Programme Voucher Booklets, one of the fantastic benefits of the 12th Man package, are also available to collect for all packages that have a cash value*. The booklet provides vouchers for season ticket holders to claim a free programme at the 23 league fixtures, as well as discounts on the matchday publication for some cup fixtures.
If you are collecting 12th Man Packages for your friends or family members who live at a different address then we will require notification from the season ticket holder that you are authorised to do so.
Supporters who have purchased a West or East Car Park annual passes are also able to collect at the same time as their season card.
*This excludes all 12th Man Packages that has a zero value (e.g. Under-12).
