The Scandinavian supporters have supported The Iron since 1998. At that time we were a rather small club with only two Danish members. Today we are 15 members from all over Scandinavia - Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Maybe a small club but enthusiastic none the less! So far we have made three trips to Scunthorpe and Glanford Park - to our mind the most beautiful football stadium in the world!

This year - 2008 - we are coming over for the important match against Sheff Weds on the 5th of April. We cant wait!

Scunthorpe is the name of an old Viking settlement, and there are many places in Youkshire and Lincolnshire named "thorpe". Yes, our forefathers have been in Scunthorpe before! Maybe this is the reason why we feel so much at home when we visit Sunny Scunny.
